Ohme charges at 7.4kW, which is about 30 miles per hour. If you have a smart schedule set (e.g., 80% full by 7:30am), Ohme will stop and start charging throughout your session to charge as much as possible when prices are cheaper. Yes, Ohme requires a strong 3G/4G mobile phone signal to work as a smart charger. You will still be able to use your charger without phone signal, but you won’t be able to benefit from Ohme’s smart charging capabilities.

Yes, Ohme chargers are waterproof and rated IP55, meaning they are resistant to all weather types but should not be submerged in water.

The wall mount plate is screwed to the wall and charger slots into this.

Once the car is plugged in, you'll see the option to 'max charge' on the charger screen. This will override any schedule or price cap you have enabled and start charging right away.

There are multiple ways, we provide our customers with an app that you can see the solar panels production, how much energy you have used, how much have your panels generated and how much money you have saved. Alternatively, you will have a generation meter installed that you can see how much solar power you have produced.

Yes, as long as your landlord gives you permission and is happy to have Solar Panels installed in the property.

No, you can have an east or west facing roof Solar Panels. They will still be able to generate a good amount of green energy, although a south facing roof is ideal for best performance

Our panels are monocrystalline, yes they are more efficient than polycrystalline panels and look nicer too.
